This Amazon campaign highlights how their benefits package makes a difference to employees’ lives – both in and outside of work. Collective Studios produced the documentary-style films which showcase real employee stories and the range of benefits on offer, including private medical insurance, training, and extra paid parental leave. Directed by Scott Perry , the campaign is running in the UK, France, Belgium, and Germany – with 100s of assets produced across digital, social, and online.
Using an orchestral palette and subtle electronics, we wanted to capture a sense of light and dark in this series of adverts for Amazon. The music had to help tell the story of these workers who have been through struggles but now feel a sense of joy and comfort in their work.
