Domo 39 | Love in the Big City

Love in the Big City is a film that launched Domo 39, a new onigiri, bento box and soft serve spot in St Peter’s, Sydney. The music reflects the director (Andrew Yee) and shop owner’s (Eugene Leung) love of all things quirky and Japanese - especially City Pop. We listened to records by Yumi Arai, Haruomi Hosono and Tatsuro Yamashita and created this soundtrack that combined those funky elements with the otherworldly sounds of the theremin.
